Shipping and Pick-Up

 

GENERAL INFO:

Standard Shipping: $4.99. All orders over $100: Free Shipping with code SHIPFREE

Orders are processed and shipped from our Little Boy Resort- Longville, Minnesota location usually within 1-3 business days of the order being placed (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with the package destination. If you need your order shipping expedited please leave a note on your order or contact traditionoutdoorsco@gmail.com. 

Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier.  Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.

Tradition Outdoors is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, Tradition Outdoors is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. This can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks.  Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing it.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

PICK UP at Little Boy Resort:

All designs are available at Little Boy Resort. All kayaks and paddleboards are ONLY available for pick up at Little Boy Resort.

Returns

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items at this time.  All sales are final.

**IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED OR TRACKING INFO IS NOT UPDATING**

Things have been a little backed up at USPS. We've seen tracking information not properly update and some deliveries are taking longer than usual to arrive. Please be patient and know that we'll do everything in our power to ensure your goods make it to you safely.

In the rare case that your order doesn't arrive within 30 days we can discuss a refund for your purchase.
